Account and business data (LaundexaOps): When you register or use the platform, we process information you provide such as store name, owner/staff name, email, login credentials, customer and order data, inventory, payroll-related data where enabled, and other laundry shop records required to operate the service. This data is stored on our servers to provide the cloud POS and management system.

Device and app data (Laundexa Mobile): The app may store session cookies and preferences locally so you stay signed in; saved Bluetooth printer identifiers (device name/MAC) in encrypted on-device storage for silent receipt printing; optional device fingerprint fields submitted at registration for fraud prevention; and, if enabled, a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for push notifications.

Camera, photos, and microphone: The app may access the camera for QR/barcode scanning and photo uploads requested by the web app. Microphone access is only used if a web page explicitly requests it.

Bluetooth: The app uses Bluetooth Low Energy to discover and connect to thermal receipt printers you pair in the app. We do not use Bluetooth or location for tracking your physical movements; on some Android versions, location permission may be required by the operating system solely for BLE device discovery.

Technical logs: We may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser/app user agent, timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure LaundexaOps and Laundexa Mobile
• Authenticate users and enforce roles (owner, staff, admin)
• Process laundry orders, SMS notifications, reports, and related shop operations
• Connect to printers and deliver native device features you enable
• Send service announcements and push notifications (where configured)
• Respond to support requests and improve the Services

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the Services), for legitimate interests (security and product improvement), and where applicable with your consent (e.g. optional notifications). We retain account and business records while your subscription or account is active and as needed for legal, tax, or dispute resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your account subject to applicable law and operational requirements (e.g. finalized transaction records).

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Infrastructure and hosting providers that operate our servers
• Firebase / Google (push messaging infrastructure only, if you use notifications)
• SMS or email providers when you use those features in LaundexaOps
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety

We use HTTPS for data in transit, access controls, and industry-standard practices on our servers. Sensitive printer pairing data on the device uses secure storage APIs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and protect your devices.

You can update profile and shop settings inside LaundexaOps, revoke app permissions in Android settings, remove saved printers in the mobile app, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable under Philippine law and our operational policies.

The Services are intended for laundry business operators and staff, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
